We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. The item must be packaged well to avoid damages during return shipping.
With non-warranty returns, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Looked at many pool heaters. This heat pump is a great replacement for the dinosaur I have now, that cost me a fortune to run. Installed in a short time with the parts included. When I turned it on and me if the fan blades where damage in shipping. Even though it was during the holidays a service tech answered the phone. (I was surprised) he overnighted a new blade arrived the next day, easy to change! No problems since heated my pool from 44 degrees to 90 in a couple of days. Since it only pulls 8amps is very inexpensive to run, so now I’ll maintain my pool at temp so when my grandkids come over they can swim any time! Use of a solar or Thermo blanket Aldo helps this process. I highly recommend this heat pump. ***** five star product and service at my end. Thank you

Excellent, we use on our reservoirs for our fish to regulate temperature. Wouldn't trust our breeders to anyone else.
