When we installed the heater by the pool, the fan wouldn’t turn as it kept hitting the compressor. At first we assumed it was the wrong size fan and emailed pics of the fan, unit and one broken fan blade found on the floor of the unit. The fan had no broken blades. We also found the bolt that was missing from the base of the compressor. This caused the compressor to lean in the direction of the fan, blocking it from turning. The bolt had the lock nut attached so it did not come loose in shipping, but was never installed. Our main concern is that after numerous phone messages left and emails sent, no one ever bothered to respond to our requests for assistance. The unit works perfectly now, no thanks to your lousy customer service!!

Great! I was told that heat pumps would not work indoors- outside only. I have a 26x40 foot room . The front 9x40 is Polycarbonate greenhouse material. The daytime air temps get to 105 everyday- night time to 52. The swimming pool was losing 2 degrees a day and down to 65. I got the heat pump wired yesterday, turned it on today. It is keeping the room at 76 degrees, daytime and warming the pool. Water in 66 water out 68. In 10 days I should be swimming, my night time temps will increase. It is perfect for my situation! I will only run it in the sunny time of the day.

We did not receive a power cord with our heater

Works great! For the size and cost, perfect application for my decked above ground pool! I’m in northern Utah and this unit extended the use of my pool round clock believe me if does as advertised.
