We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. The item must be packaged well to avoid damages during return shipping.
With non-warranty returns, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Best solution ever for high humidity in Md. Brought my pool up to temperature at about a degree an hour when I turned it on. And the best part - when the water gets too warm it can also cool the pool. Pool heaters can't do that. I love this thing. Super efficient.

I'm very satisfied with the FH-055, I've had it four years now (we have a 24 x 12 pool inground, 4
depth throughout, about 6000 gallons - the heatpump is very adequate for the job, just plan ahead and give it time to heat). This system has always been reliable and the only major issue to date was caused by me; and after a phone call to Fibropool for helpful advice, and ordering a new pressure switch, things were back running smoothly. I highly recommend this company and it's pool heating products, they are friendly, professional and have good products that work (and are reasonably priced).

The heat pump works great for our needs. We have a 16x32’ above ground pool. The pool stays a 88 degrees with no issues. Very easy to install as well

Installed the pump and the pool was up to 82 deg in 4 days while the outside temp was in the 50-70. Very quiet operation. I am hoping the electric use is good. I am using a solar cover.
