    outside control panel didn't last 2 years

    Great heat pump overall.

    When I came back after it being idle for a season I noticed it would not turn on automatically. I did some troubleshooting with customer service and determined it was the remote panel. Since the cover was not attached it was not covered under warranty. This cover is pretty light duty and can easily crack and fall off under most conditions ( I'm in Florida)

    A Little back and forth with customer service, but definitely disappointed there was no small effort to assist in the cost.

    I purchased the panel for 79 on my own and the unit is back up and running so great news there.
