During pool season, when the heater display goes on the fritz only chaos and frustration comes. I was worried that it would be time-consuming and exhausting trying to find replacement parts and basic customer service. To my surprise, and with just a few simple communications, within two days the replacement parts were on their way along with complete instructions on how to complete the repairs. The expertise and customer service that I experienced was truly exemplary. Not to mention the heater unit itself is a quality product. You have a customer for life.

Last one fried when the cover failed, allowing rainwater inside. Protect the heater from rain. Look around on Youtube for operating instructions, and don't rely only on FibroPool's instructions.
