    Packaging could have ben better

    Great service and turn around to replace my busted heater. The first purchase came on a pallet and secured down. The replacement was a box that looked a bit beat up. i can't verify working condition until the Spring when its installed and my vendor opens up our pool. Hope all is well with it.
