We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. The item must be packaged well to avoid damages during return shipping.
With non-warranty returns, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

The heat pump works great for our needs. We have a 16x32’ above ground pool. The pool stays a 88 degrees with no issues. Very easy to install as well

This works better than I expected it to. We have a 9,000 gallon pool and it took about 2 days to bring the temperature to a comfortable level. We having been using the pool everyday!

These things are amazing! I installed the FH055 on our above ground 7000 gal pool and it will heat the pool to basically whatever temperature we want. Installation is straight forward (with the conversion kit to go from Intex pump to the heat pump (1 1/2" PVC purchased from FibroPool). I was skeptical at first because the INTEX pump is rather small; but, the flow it puts out is more than enough for the heat pump. {Note: I did bypass the restrictive inlet valve on the pool. I shut this valve and ran 1 1/2" PVC over the top of the pool rail and down into the pool (~4" deep). I also put an elbow on the outlet and turned it so the water causes a swirling motion in the pool. This helps to deposit whatever solids are in the pool in concentrated areas so that the pool is much easier to clean.
We live in the Pacific Northwest on the east side of the mountains; so, our environment is basically desert. When I first hooked up the heat pump, it was in the low 80's (deg F) outside and it was raising the pool temperature 2 degrees per hour. The temperature change across the heat pump (delta T; outlet temperature minus inlet temperaturte) was 2 deg as well. As the air temperature heated up, the heater became more efficient and the temperature across the heat pump was 4 degrees.
Now my wife will enjoy her pool from May until likely November.
The controls are straight forward and easy to operate (read the manual).

The installation was super easy. When comparing to a neighbors pool, mine was 84 compared to 78 degrees. The heat pump works great and is quiet.

Unit arrived well packaged in protective layers of shipping materials, and in new condition. Set up was simple enough for anyone with some electrical and mechanical ability. Plumbing was a little vague and could have been addressed a little bit more in the manual and some of the trim screws were a little loose and needed a tighter grip, however any and all questions I had were immediately responded to and resolved by the excellent support team. The unit itself is much more compact than my previous one and makes the area more open and I really like the fact it's built in the U.S. I look forward to a long life cycle even though I haven't actually run it yet as my pool is in an extensive freshening up with some repairs still ongoing. Furthermore, after looking inside the unit when wiring it to my electrical box, it appears to be made of good quality parts, and workmanship, and looks great. Thanks Fibropool
