What size heat pump do I need?
Match BTU output to your pool volume — our lineup covers spas and small pools up to 5,000 gallons (FH220) through 17,500-gallon pools (FH285-i).
How much does a heat pump cost to run?
Heat pumps move heat from the air instead of generating it, so they cost far less to run than gas or electric-resistance heaters. Our fixed-speed models output 4.85–5.92× as much heat energy as the electricity they draw (per model spec), and our full-inverter models automatically throttle down to sip power once your pool reaches temperature.
Do FibroPool heaters work with saltwater pools?
Yes — every FibroPool heat pump works with both saltwater and freshwater pools.
Can I install it myself?
Most owners do. Every heater ships with the fittings for a standard installation, and the 120V FH135 plugs into a regular three-prong outlet with its included GFCI cord. 240V models require a dedicated circuit — have a licensed electrician handle that part to local code.
How warm will my pool get?
With proper sizing, expect comfortable water roughly 15°F above the ambient air temperature — enough to extend your swim season on both ends.
